Apple Picking Pic from Sunday!

Well, we bought our piece of crap car in July and it has broken down 4 times now. We drive it back to the dealer and say we do not want this thing anymore, They inform us there is nothing that they can do for us. So now we have a rent a wreck and when I say wreck it is truly a wreck, and stuck with the stupid thing....oh well!



On another note Eric left for work this morning and I have open house tonight, so my new "brother-in-law" is going to have to watch Morgin until my Mom gets out of work.......

Weekend fun!

Morgin at Dance

This was a great weekend. I am glad that I got to spend it with my family. On Saturday we went apple picking in Mexico after Morgin's dance lessons. Morgin did great at dance this week, she only cried at the very end when we had to go! She really enjoys dance lesson! and so does Mommy! I get a workout chasing her! Morgin had a ball apple picking! She kept picking up apples from the ground taking a bite out of them and than throwing them down again! She loved it when Daddy picked her up to get an apple way up high! On the way back we stopped in Pulaski for lunch at McDonald's.

On Sunday, we had the Charlton's over for dinner! It was a blast! Seth and Morgin had a ball!! I think the grown ups had more fun watching the kids playing though! We are truely blessed to have met such great people!

Family Fun day!!!!

Morgin at Dance Last Week

This weekend is chopped full of family fun! This morning Morgin has dance class. Than we are hopping in the car and driving to Mexico to go apple picking. Tomorrow we are going to absolutely nothing until 5 o'clock. At 5 Jen, Roland and Seth are coming over for dinner and play date for the kids. We haven't seen them since school started and everyday when we look at Seth's fotolog, Morgin says "SETH" she even calls him on her cell phone! It is really cute.

On another note.. I have let Morgin's babysite go because it is way top expensive and we felt that people do not look at it enough...I am very sad that We can't view it anymore because it has fun memories of Morgin but maybe when I really start to miss I will give in and pay the $35.

School is going great!!! I had my first sub on Thursday, just for the morning, and I got a great report from the sub!! I have been blessed with a wonderful group of kids. I better loop next year because the kindergarten class is horrible this year. So if I loop to 2nd with my class than I don't have to have them. We will see as the year progresses.

Home improvements have begun!!!

1. We had our driveway sealed.

2. We have our carpet cleaned.

3. We bought a freezer.

4. We are redoing Morgin's carpet in her room.

5. We are getting a new kitchen floor.

6. We are getting a new roof next weekend.

7. Our shutters are on the way!!

WOW!! We certainly will have a new house when all of the improvements are done.

WHAT A DAY!!!!!!

Well this afternoon I decided that I was going to check my myspace page that I never look at and find out that my sisters boyfriend has asked to me to be his friend, so I accept and look at his page...Well there on his blog it says"I am getting married and we are going to have a big wedding in December... Wait a minute hold one what did that say? Ok so I re-read to check for4 understanding sure enough it says exactly what I thought it said. So I yell to Eric to come in and look and he reads the same thing that I read. So I pick up the phone and call Lyndsey and she confirms that they are getting married tomorrow! WHAT!!! ARE YOU INSANE ?????????????
is all that is going through my head. But let me back up and tell you that they have only known each other for THREE DAMN WEEKS!!! Yes I said three weeks. i think she has lost her marbles and has no idea the huge, I mean HUGE!!! thing that getting married is. It is not a cakewalk and there is no way that you can know somebody after three weeks!!!!! It's not that I don't like the kid..but that all he is is a kid! He is 21 years old!!!! She is 24. I think that he is a great person but what is the difference between tomorrow and 3 months from now!! i just don't understand! But I guess I never will! Oh well!

Well on to something happier... Morgin started her dance lesson today! She was so stinking cute! I will post pictures tomorrow as soon I figure out our NEW COMPUTER.. yes we got a new computer. That is what I decided I wanted to buy with my first paycheck!

More news to come about home improvements that we are doing to house.

Day before Jitters!

Summer Fun!!!

Hey everyone,
It is the night before the day I have been waiting for my entire life. I am so excited!!! but of Course I am really nervous too! I have done all the planning preparation I can do and now it is time for the little buggers to come to school.

We had an open house today, so I got to see a few of my students. It is nice to know that my students families are willing to do anything to help out around the classroom.

I am feeling better but for some odd reason Morgin is starting to get sick again. the hives are gone but her nose is running mad crazy and she seems to have a sore throut. I give up...we take her to thr DR's on Friday (if not sooner?) to discuss tubes in her ears. Hopefully they will refer us to ENT.

Congrats to Mike and Lynn....I can't wait until the little BOY is born in January!!!!

Sickness Hell!!!!!

Well Morgin is feeling much better but me on the other hand. I have been so sick for the past three days. I have gone to the doctor's twice this week for myself and twice for Morgin. The co-pays are killing us!!! I hope that I am feeling better by tomorrow, but we don't have kids until Wednesday so If i'm not it is Ok. Speaking of school... My classroom is completely done!!!! Yay!!! OF course I still have planning to do but the classroom looks great! I am sure my students are going to love it. We have an open house tomorrow since we are a new school from 12-1 so I had to make sure it looked great before I left on Friday.
