Sweethearts

I love this time of year for one very important reason and that reason would be.......Conversation hearts, but not just any hearts will do, I have to have Necco sweethearts! They are my favorite candy EVER! But here is the real kicker..i only eat the pink, purple and white ones..I don't know what it is but I do not care for te orange, yellow or green! Weird isn't it???

So after my little tangent on candy here is an update for the week. On Wednesday, Morgin had swimming classes and I wasn't feeling well and really didn't want to take Morgin swimming and Eric was at work so Uncle Justin took her swimming. While Justin and Morgin were swimming (about 10 minutes into it) the fire alarm goes off and they evacuate the YMCA......well we were forced to rush to get her changed and out of the building, meanwhile Morgin was upset because she had to get out of the pool. Once she saw the panic on everyone's face she calmed down really quickly. So swim classes were cut short for this week...and the YMCA was fine it was an alarm from the apartments upstairs.

Thursday- While at school I got awesome news....Dealmaker was on newzjunky for what they did to us and over 150 more people. I was so excited...but the best part was that when I got home there were 6 messages on the answering machine..dealmaker, Attorney Generals office from ALBANY and 7news. I got to tell my story to Jeff Nelson! It was pretty cool. They did not use my interview on the news...I think that the news has ties with PJ Samayo and that is why they didn't make as big of deal of it as they should of. I do not think that it is fair that they can do this to people and get away with it! It really pisses me off to think that there are probably more than 150-200 people that this happened too...soldiers who are no longer in area or over seas, etc. After all that excitement I had a meeting for Odyssey of the Mind at BOCES. Morgin had to go over to Lyndsey and Justin's and when I went to pick her up she was having so much fun that she didn't want to leave!

Today was Staff Development day at school....It was a really LONG day! This weekend is totally free, except Sunday... Card show and shopping in Syracuse!

Last night we went out to eat with Mike and Sybil. Mike aka as Guido lives in Virginia and came home for a visit. Sybil was a high school friend of Mike and Eric's. She told me that in middle school Eric was and I quote "Just like Patrick Swazie" (sp??) How funny is that?? All of the girls had the hots for him! We were so excited to see them! We went to Texas Roadhouse and the guys reminisced and the girls chatted about girl stuff! It was a fun filled night and I am thankful for old and new friends! Happy Martin Luther King Jr. Day!!!!

1,2,3....

Morgin has learned how to count!!!

This weekend became extra long for me on Friday when i had to take a sick day to stay home with Morgin as she was up most of the night with another ear infection. They said that this ear infection was pretty bad because the ear drum was bulging! I decided that I had enough of being given the run around from Dr. Gianfagna's office that I called Ear Nose and throat myself and made an appointment. So we finally go to ENT on February 14th!!! I could have gotten in sooner but I wanted to see Dr. Hillerman so I decided to wait. I was soooo excited that I didn't need a referral now I only wished that I would have called a year ago!

Saturday we went to Aunt Lyndsey and Uncle Justin's house for Uncle Justin's b-day party. Morgin had her first Ice cream cake...She loved it!!! Morgin was so well behaved there, she must be getting back to herself!

Today, Eric and I are going out to eat with Mike(Eric's best man and best friend) and their friend Sybil from high school. We are going to Texas Roadhouse, yum,yum!

Not too much else going on here!

I am so excited that my shows will be back on! Tonight is Prison break and tomorrow is AMERICAN IDOL!!! whohooo!

UM...can't think of a title!

The Girls at Make and Take

This week was pretty fun. On Wednesday we went to Morgin swim class. She had a ball (see video!) Thursday Eric had to work so it was just Morgin and I. When I picked her up from the sitters she was concerned that she may be coming down with an ear infection because she saw her two year molars coming in, so I watched her and she seemed fine. On Friday I took her to the sitters and told her that if Morgin gets bad to call me at school and that I would come and get her. Well she never called...If that were Kerrie that I said that to she would have called me before I even got to school....I LOVE my new sitter.

Friday was Make and Take with the girls. Amanda, Jill, Jen, Kristen, Becky and myself cooked it up at Make and Take. I really enjoyed it and I think that Eric will like these a hell of a lot better than Sackets Kitchen (which Eric only liked the calzones that I burned!) It was a blast!!! It was so nice to see all of my friends together! (my work, high school and college and baby friends!) I think we all got along great!

This weekend is filled with nothing! I think we might take Morgin to Velocity after her nap today...but other than that nothing is going on!

WHY????

Why is it that when you want the baby to sleep in that they never do and when you need to be somewhere they sleep?

That is my question for the day!

Yesterday was swim classes... Morgin had a ball! I will post pics later!

Quick Review

Our Little Rocky Balboa!

For some odd reason I feel totally busy all of the time...this got me thinking..."Self are you really busy as you say you are or is it in your head." My conclusion is that I am not as busy as I think I am! Phewwww I am so relieved to not be so busy!

So anyway...Here is a really quick review of what has been going on....NOTHING!!!! we could be just about the most boring people in the world!

Tomorrow Morgin has swimming classes for the first time in a year.. I am pretty psyched! Friday is Make and Take with the girls!

We are set and paid for florida....so Florida here we come. ....in 96 days!
