Christmas Surprise
On the Tuesday before Christmas my NaNa texts me while I was at school and offered to watch the kids after school so that I could go finish up my shopping...I happily accepted! I went to get Brady and headed over to my grandma's house and I hear Morgin scream..."Aunt Lyndsey!" I was dumbfounded! I couldn't believe that she was here! I was so surprised! Lyndsey, Justin and Bryson flew in the night before and my 17 brother snuck out his window to drive to the airport to pick them up. My dad and I were the only ones that didn't know! It was the greatest surprise! I so needed them here on Christmas and and so incredibly thankful that they were here!
Bad Luck??
This year has been very hard on me, but I have made it! Just as I thought things were starting to look up I back into a cement post with my truck I have had for 3 weeks! Thank God that my brother in law was me otherwise I wouldn't have been able to drive it home! Bad luck or just the way my life rolls?? I think it is the later! So now as I just start to get on my feet financially I have to take what little saving I have (had) and have my car fixed! Oh well! At least my car will be fixed!

Making a Daily Decision to Love the People in my Life
The world we know can be construed for hours,
on a fantasy love filled with moonlight and flowers,
but real love isn't like that-it has highs and lows,
and we must keep our direction, however it flows.
I made the decision right from the start
that I'd always love you with all of my heart;
So if my pulse stops racing as you enter the room,
if my sunshiney days turn to gloom,
If words said in anger cut deep to the core,
I won't love you less- just perhaps forgive more.
Emotions are fickle; we can't live on a whim,
changing affections like chaff in the wind,
I've made my decision and I'll follow through;
Love is a decision, I've decided to love you!

Brady's Third Birthday!
Time sure does fly!! I can't believe my baby boy is 3!!! Things are not what I expected them to be at this time in my life but I am happy and content being Mommy to Morgin and Brady! We had a swim party for Brady at the YMCA and it was a blast! The cake was a HUGE hit and Brady was so cute!
Happy Birthday baby Boy! I love you so much! You are an amazing little boy and you make me smile everyday and I love you to the moon and back! I can't wait to watch you grow up but am enjoying you right now! Happy Third Birthday Brady Boy!

First Tooth Fairy Visit
Morgin's Reaction
Than she cheered up!!
She decided wanted to put it in the pink pouch she got from the dentist
Morgin lost her first tooth in Early November...She was so excited after her initial drama of crying! The tooth fairy visited her and left her $5!!!(That was the smallest bill the tooth fairy had in her wallet at that time). The one next to it has been loose even longer but is showing no signs of coming out anytime soon!

"In My Next 30 Years..."
We all know that song by Tim McGraw....Since I am going to be 30 tomorrow I decided to write about what I plan to do over the next 30 years.
1. I am going to be happy no matter what is thrown at me.
2. Love like there may not be a tomorrow.
3. Not take the people around me for granted.
4. Let things roll off my back.
5. Think positively.
6. Work at every single relationship I have to make sure that I do not take it for granted.
7. Keep all this weight off!
8. Laugh and smile everyday.
9. Build meaningful relationships with my family.
10. Save money
11. Be happy and content with what I have and not compare my life with others.
12. Not care what others think of me. I am who I am...the good, the bad and everything in between.
13. Love myself
14. Volunteer more in the community.
15. Give my family the very best I can.
16. Be myself.
17. Not watch so much TV and read more.
18. Play with my kids everyday.
19. Declutter the house
20. Take up a hobby
21. Accept others for who they are.
22. Accept things I cannot change.
23. Not give up on things that are important to me.
24. Take time for me
25. Spend time with those I love.
26. Be more creative.
27. Forgive others
28. Have fun!
29. Set goals for the future and work towards those goals.
30. Understand what is important in life.

Bad Teacher Movie night
Thursday, I went to Bad Teacher Movie night with a bunch of teachers! We started at Coleman's for cocktails and than headed up to the mall to see the movie. The movie was so funny! It was packed! The new movie theatre is pretty nice! The seats are way more comfortable than the old theatre...for once my butt didn't fall asleep! I had a great time and so enjoyed my evening out with the girls!
Fireworks!
Last night we went to the fireworks at the park. The kids had a great time! Brady was hilarious! He was scared at first and grabbed my hand and held on tight. Than after he got used to the noise he kept saying "Wow! That one is cool!" and "Ohhh I like that one!" but the second I let go of his hand he was reaching for my hand again! He was so stinking cute! Morgin laughed and giggled and kept saying "Ohhh" and "AAAHHH" We had an awesome time! God I love my kids!

Morgin's T-Ball
Last night Morgin had her first tball game. She loved it! She is on the Cubs team and she gets to wear a light blue shirt....which was a struggle at first...she wanted pink! Morgin did a great job! She played inn right field and than pitcher and finally first base. When it was time to bat she walked up to the T and hit a single both at bats! The first time she ran all the way to first base with the bat in her hand...it was so cute! T-Ball is all that she can talk about today! Way to go Morgin! I love watching you do what you love!

Drive-Ins
Last night my grandma and I took the kids to the Black River Drive ins and saw Cars 2. It was Brady's first movie and Morgin's first time at the drive-in's. We had a great evening! The kids loved the movie and I was shocked that Brady stayed up the whole time...but as soon as his head layed down in his crib he was out! Morgin too! The movie was cute!

We have a First Grader!!
What did I just type??? Really is my little girl going into first grade??? How is that even possible? Morgin finished up her year of kindergarten and did AWESOME!!! She got another fantastic report card! We took her out to dinner to celebrate, and she chose Pizza Hut. I am so proud of Morgin! I was talking to her teacher and I asked her if we had made the right choice in sending her early and she said without a doubt we did the right thing! I am so proud of you Morgin Shea! You are turning into a wonderful little girl and I so enjoy spending time with you. You make me laugh with your silliness and you are too smart for your own good! Your hugs make everything better in my world and I love you more than words can describe! We are going to enjoy the summer and have a blast before you enter first grade (sniff, sniff, tear, tear)

Friends Forever
Sometimes you meet someone and you have an instant connection with them..that was the case with Brittney. We met in January when our girls were begging us to play together out side of school. I honestly felt like I had known her forever. we continued to hang out and grew closer. This past week, The Loftin's moved to Missouri. Morgin is devastated...she cries about never seeing Emma again. I am going to miss Brittney too. We have made a commitment to keep in touch and send care packages to each other. We miss you guys! Good luck on your new life journey!

Silly Kids
We went to my grandma's for spaghetti on Father's Day and my dad had the 4 wheeler out. My cousin's kids and my kids rode around in the wagon attached forever! They had a great time...but I am not sure who had more fun...the kids or my dad!
