Movie Marathon

This past week has consisted of Movies, movies and more movies. Between Eric, Morgin and I we got 15 new DVD's. So we decided that we would watch them all before we put them in our DVD cabinet. We have watched everything except three of them, which we plan on watching tonight.
On Saturday we had a play date with Seth and MJ. We went to Seth's house and then went to Velocity for some playground fun. After that we went to Wendy's for lunch. It was a fun filled morning and Morgin took a super long nap! YAY!
Tonight we plan on staying home and watching more movies and drinking some alcoholic beverages. Super exciting people aren't we? It is kind of disappointing that we were not invited to any parties but Eric and I kind of like each others company, so it will be a blast!
Happy New Year Everyone!

The Most Wonderful Time of the year!!

Morgin in the Car as we Drove Looking at Lights!

I feel like Christmas has taken on a new meaning since we had Morgin. Before it was kind of just another day, but now I so look forward to it because of Morgin! She is going to have a blast on Christmas. (My only concern is where are we going to put all of her old toys to make room for the new???)

This past week was CRAZY!!! I think my stress level was through the roof. I was really tested and I never cried!

Morgin's Favorite House

On Friday we went to McDonald's and Morgin played in the play land and then we went on our annual drive the city and look for lights. Morgin was so cute she kept saying, "More lights Momma and Daddy" When we saw more she kept going "wow!" How funny is she?

I would not want to pay their bill!!!

Today we don't have too much going on...Amanda and Rosalyn are coming over to open gifts and then we have nothing planned for the rest of the weekend. Eric leaves for work tomorrow and will not be back until really late on Christmas Eve, so I am in charge of bringing down all the presents and putting them under the tree. (We have to keep them upstairs because I did not want to wrap two times!)

I am really looking forward to the holiday and hope that everyone else has a wonderful day!

WISH

As the snow continues to fall my hopes keep getting up for a SNOW DAY!
(I would even take 2 hr. Delay!)
Happy Weekend all!

What a Week!

Amanda, Jen, Kristen and I at The Crystal

This time of year is soooo crazy! Starting on Wednesday It seemed like everyday and night was jam packed with things that had to be done and places to go. Wednesday I had to go shopping for the Angel Tree. My class collected 5,626 pennies and we decided that we should buy presents for needy kids. (Such a wonderful, caring class I have!)

Thursday we had Morgin's hearing test so I had to take half a day from school. She has perfectly normal hearing! Yay! Then I went to school, came home took the presents back to the Angel tree and then went to my students Christmas Concert. Morgin went too...she loved it! She tried to get up on the risers and sing with the kids! So cute!

Amanda and I (Look at her mischievous grin!)

Friday was so much fun! It was GIRL"S NIGHT! I needed this so much after my day at school. I had a good time..let's just say I was feeling pretty good! Our night started out at the Crystal for Tom and Jerry's. We then went to the Mexican Restaurant for dinner. It was very tasty! Then we walked to First National Beef and Brew for Peppermint Patties! Those were also very tasty! We ended our night at the Paddock Club! It was a great night and can't wait until our next Girl's Night!

That is all that has been going on here! Onward to another fun filled week!

PS). Jen- The Hills Have Eyes was pretty messed up!

Time Freeze

Family Self Portrait

I wish I could freeze time and let this magical time of year happen over and over again!

We have been so busy! Morgin had her speech evaluation done on Friday...we will find out the results in a few weeks! Friday night Eric and I went car shopping to trade in the stupid Caliber! YAY! We ended up getting a Dodge Nitro! It is awesome! Both Eric and I love it! Saturday we did a little shopping and then we went to my school Christmas party! We have fun....it was nice to have a night out!

Weekend Recap

This weekend seemed really busy but there was not too much going on (if that makes any sense!)

On Friday I had a DR's appointment right after school, then I had to go back to school after my appointment because I had a sub today for a meeting. Then it was time for the Sacket's Kitchen. It was a blast! I really enjoy spending time with friends new and old! after Sacket's Kitchen Amanda and I went to Applebee's. Amanda had quite a few drinks and after we left she did not want to go home. So i took "the long way home" I did not get home until 12:30. I was pooped!

Saturday, my amazing hubby let me sleep in and then we hung out at home. When Morgin got up from her nap we went to the festival of trees. Morgin had a blast! She loved looking at the trees, so when we left we drove around to look at Christmas lights (sort of a pre-cursor to the main event!) I had to work at the Case Musical "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat" It was amazing! Those kids are so talented. One of my very own students, Ali, was in it. she held her own with all of the "big" kids. I am sooo proud of her!

Sunday, Nothing went on except I got my hair done.

See what I mean about it seems like a lot but it really wasn't? Have a great week!
Keep checking Morgin's fotolog daily for pictures of our little bugger!@ www.fotolog.com/slr1579
