Best of Both Worlds
My little girl is such a great mix of tom boy and girlie girl! She would wear a dress everyday if I let her but will sit down and watch wrestling for hours! She is so great! I just adore her!
Reap what you sow
A man reaps what he sows. The one who does to please his sinful nature, from that nature will reap destruction; the one who does to please the spirit, from the spirit will reap eternal life. Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if WE DO NOT GIVE UP.

Generosity
I am overwhelmed with generosity from my church. They are amazing people and have helped me through the hardest time of my life thus far. I am so thankful to all that helped me this week! I cannot find the words to tell you all just how incredibly thankful I am to all of you! Morgin and Brady are learning a valuable lesson....That we help others when they are need and when you need it someone will be there to help you. GB

Road Less Traveled
At church this morning I was quite inspired (which I am most Sunday's but today was different.) The topic was the name of this post.
Here it goes!
When we come to forks in the road, most people (including me) take the open, well lit easier road versus the narrow, shaded and harder road. We all too often take the easier road in life, the road that leads us to destruction. We point out the wrongs of everyone else and blame them for our mistakes. When what we really should be doing is taking a good hard look inside ourselves. It brought to mind my job. Parents all too often when their child is called on the carpet for something will most often defend their child and place the blame on someone else. "Yes, Joey punched Louie, but Louie called Joey a pencil head first." These parents are the first ones to be in the principals office complaining about another child, the teacher(s), basically everyone but their child! We want to blame everyone else for our own faults. We need to make the right choices for ourselves and stop putting the blame on everyone else. If Joey punched Louie than we love need to love our child(ren) enough to tell them that what they did was wrong and teach them to accept ownership over their actions. (The harder road...loving our loved ones enough to tell them no) Make it right!! If you see a loved one heading down the wrong road, love them enough to tell them that what they are doing is wrong instead of making excuses for them.
There are two roads in life today...the easy and the hard....MANY will choose the wrong path...the easy way...:-(
What path will you choose?????
I know what path I am choosing to take!!

Sorry...
Sorry I am not as good as I used to be at keeping my blog current...this single Mommy thing is a lot harder than I ever thought! I seriously would not wish this on my worst enemy...it is very rewarding though! As the days go by I am more confident and am even more scheduled than I was before (Shocking huh? LOL) I will update more often! Enjoy the posts I have done tonight! GB

Playdate
Morgin and one of her classmates have been consipiring to get together and play. One day they had their teacher convinced that Morgin was going to his house after school. Well on walker duty one day, I met the parents of this little guy and we exchanged phone numbers and decided to meet at Velocity. They have a 7 year old and a 3 year old so it was perfect! The kids had a ball! It was a great time and I actually didn't have time to take many pics! Here is what I have!
CIA Operative in the Future?
Earlier I blogged about Brady wanting to be called "Freddy." Well we have taken on a new identity..I mean identities!!! Every day I ask Brady who he is that particular day..he could be "Freddy" "Kevin," (Power Rangers) "Big Show" (WWE), or our newest identity of "Mike the Knight"!?!?
That child is a stitch! He has me laughing every day..who knows he may be a comedian someday or maybe a CIA operative with all of his secret identities! God I love those kids of mine!!!

WWE
Morgin was visiting with my grandma and they watched wrestling...that began Morgin's obsession with WWE. That same day a friend dropped off clothes for Brady (thanks amy! I love them all!)and low and behold there was a John Cena tshirt. Morgin insisted she wear it!
