Morgin at 1 Month of AgeWell tomorrow is my very first Parent/teacher conference. I am somewhat nervous about this. I don't know why...but it is nonetheless nerve wracking. I really do not have many issues with my students academically or behaviorally. I pretty blessed...that was until Tuesday! I got a new addition to my classroom and on her very second day as we were walking back from North Elem. for an assembly, told the OT teacher "You are not the boss of...Mrs. Richards is." NOT ONCE BUT TWICE!! She than said to me in the middle of my teaching that I was not nice because I didn't call on her. She also refuses to stand during the pledge because "I do not know that song" (the National Anthem)...It's amazing to me how one little person can through a wrench into a class environment!
On to other topics. Morgin got bit for the first time today by a little guy at the sitters named Jack. She has a huge bite mark on her chin. She is speaking amazingly now. She is so much clearer than she was even a week ago!
So Beautiful!!Only 12 more days until Morgin's Second Birthday!
