Sweethearts

I love this time of year for one very important reason and that reason would be.......Conversation hearts, but not just any hearts will do, I have to have Necco sweethearts! They are my favorite candy EVER! But here is the real kicker..i only eat the pink, purple and white ones..I don't know what it is but I do not care for te orange, yellow or green! Weird isn't it???

So after my little tangent on candy here is an update for the week. On Wednesday, Morgin had swimming classes and I wasn't feeling well and really didn't want to take Morgin swimming and Eric was at work so Uncle Justin took her swimming. While Justin and Morgin were swimming (about 10 minutes into it) the fire alarm goes off and they evacuate the YMCA......well we were forced to rush to get her changed and out of the building, meanwhile Morgin was upset because she had to get out of the pool. Once she saw the panic on everyone's face she calmed down really quickly. So swim classes were cut short for this week...and the YMCA was fine it was an alarm from the apartments upstairs.

Thursday- While at school I got awesome news....Dealmaker was on newzjunky for what they did to us and over 150 more people. I was so excited...but the best part was that when I got home there were 6 messages on the answering machine..dealmaker, Attorney Generals office from ALBANY and 7news. I got to tell my story to Jeff Nelson! It was pretty cool. They did not use my interview on the news...I think that the news has ties with PJ Samayo and that is why they didn't make as big of deal of it as they should of. I do not think that it is fair that they can do this to people and get away with it! It really pisses me off to think that there are probably more than 150-200 people that this happened too...soldiers who are no longer in area or over seas, etc. After all that excitement I had a meeting for Odyssey of the Mind at BOCES. Morgin had to go over to Lyndsey and Justin's and when I went to pick her up she was having so much fun that she didn't want to leave!

Today was Staff Development day at school....It was a really LONG day! This weekend is totally free, except Sunday... Card show and shopping in Syracuse!
