Now I know that I shouldn't be saying this but it's a wonder that we have yet to make a trip to the emergency room with our so brave and fearless 2 year old! She has been pushing the limits all day! Jumping from coffee table to couch when I'm not in the room to jumping down and skipping 3 stairs at my sister's house! I just hope and pray that she continues to be lucky!
On another note....my day started out pretty interestingly today. While I was in the shower, Morgin found her Flintstones Vitamins in the bathroom. She figured out how to open the CHILD PROOF LID and continued to eat the rest of her vitamins! When I get out of the shower I knew that she was being to quiet and she was up to no good. I go out into the living room and there she is, on the couch with the empty vitamin container! Yup she ate all of her vitamins! Luckily there were only 15 or 20 left. BUT STILL!!!!
I called the doctor's office and the on call doctor called me back and suggested that I call poison control! So I had to call poison control and they informed me that she would be fine but if the vitamins had iron in them we would have had to go to the emergency room to have her stomach pumped!
What a KID!!!
Here is the lesson for all my friends that are parents: Don't buy vitamins with extra Iron in them! They can be very dangerous!
