So my baby girl started her first day of school. She was so excited when I woke her up this morning! She instantly shot up in her bed and said "I'm going to school today!" We went down stairs and ate breakfast and then got ready to go. We got ready a bit early and she kept trying to get us to go out the door! My mom came over and watched Brady so that Eric could take her alone but I decided that I could not miss it and decided to be a bit late on my 1st day! I am glad that I didn't miss it! She was so cute when we got to the door~She ran up the stairs and gave Mrs. Puccia a hug and turned around and said, "Bye Guys" and she was off! We followed her in so that Eric could check out her classroom and she came and gave us kisses and I melted right there. I couldn't believe that for the 1st time since she was born I was dropping her off and actually leaving her without one of us being there! This was the first time we had done that (besides with family and sitters and stuff-but this was different). I held my composure until I got in the car. As soon as I pulled away the tears came! I kept telling myself to pull myself together because in a few short minutes I would be in control of 18 other kids that need me to be strong for them so that they wouldn't cry. Luckily by the time I got to school I was ok!

Morgin had a blast! She made a crown, and painted and marched around! All she could talk about was school and she asked me when I put her to bed if she was going back tomorrow. She was a bit disappointed that she wasn't going back until Thursday but told me I can't wait to tell my Lori (the sitter) about my school!
