The new talk is that we are going to put our house up on the market in the next few weeks and hopefully (fingers crossed) sell it soon! Then we are going to rent for a year or so to save up a ton of money! Then we are going to buy a new house that has everything we want/need.
Here is what we want in a new house....
1. A garage
2. A basement that is finished/can be finished.
3. At least 3 bedrooms
4. AT least 2 bathrooms
5. A HUGE LAWN!!!!!!
Here is the new plan....let's see if I can let go my control and see if it really happens!

Great idea! You can save a ton of money that way!
Have you decided yet if this is going to happen? I'm curious because the lady we rent to is in the hospital and may be moving to a nursing home. We would be looking for someone to rent out the other half of our house. Steve has work he needs to do first.
