Friday was the last day for summer swimming lessons. The lifeguards threw a party for the kids. They filled the pool with balloons and rafts and other fun swimming things! The kids got to wear life vests and pretty much do what they pleased in the pool. After they had fun in the pool they had pizza and LOTS of cupcakes and cookies and veggies and fruit! It was a lot of fun for Morgin and Brady had a blast watching all of the fun. I was going to take him in as well but it was only like 68 and I thought he might get cold too quickly, so I opted out for him (and me!!). After all of the food and fun they presented each child with a certificate and book and a bag full of candy. I have to say that Parks and Rec does a really good job with swim lessons for the kids of Watertown. I am glad I signed Morgin up!
