ENT Update

Monday we went back to Ear, Nose and Throat.

Morgin:

Had a swallow test done in January and a hearing test done in February and all was well! Her tonsils are not getting any bigger at this point and she has had no ear infections! (YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!) She does not need to be seen for another 6 months! The only issue is some negative pressure in both her ears but they feel that it may be due to her allergies.

Brady:

He had a sinus xray done with the intent being that they verify that his adenoids are huge and need to be taken out. The PA was SHOCKED to see that they were not normal size but not enlarged enough to do surgery! (another YAAAAAAYYYYYY!!) Brady has some lympnodes on his left side of his neck...they have gotten bigger since his last appointment. She had Dr. Hillerman come in and check them out to see if he wanted to do a surgery to figure out what is going on with them. He came in and examined him and said he wanted to wait until it got warmer to see if they change or not. He wonders if it may be due to his breathing issues and that they may take awhile to go back down. PHEW! Brady goes back in 2 months again to have those enlarged lymphnodes checked out.

It was a pretty good ENT appointment! I was so relived that neither of our kids needed to have surgery again!
