When I was growing up we lived down the street from Angie and Dan Ackerman. Ang was my sitter for a long time and became like my other mother in the process. She babysat me, I babysat her kids and now her kids babysit mine!
Last night they suffered a terrible loss. Their gas grill blew up in the garage and their grage and house caught on fire. They lost everything. I am so sad for them and pray that they can quickly get on their feet again after all of this!
